With a balanced diet we can meet the body's nutritional needs and cater to every aspect. Without it one is prone to sickness as they may have a weaker immune system because of it. For example: eating too much sugar and carbohydrates can cause diabetes .


Sufficient sleep

Having sufficient sleep is important, as having sufficient sleep increases productivity and concentration for the following day , prevent excess weight gain , have greater athletic performance , lower risk of heart disease. With these many benefits from getting sufficient sleep it makes sure that we are ready for the next day
