The reason I started this weight loss journey because one day I jumped on my bed and It broke. So that was a sign that I needed to do something about my weight.
For the first month, I had very little motivation to start exercise
sing, and sometimes I didn't even follow the schedule and just stayed at home for the whole day.
In the second month, I realized that I had to pick up the pace and gradually I started doing the exercises daily, during this time I the weight loss was improving but at a very slow pace. So I started a Keto diet where I had very little carbohydrates which meant, no rice or noodles at first I kept craving rice and bread and constantly felt hungry, but I got used to it over time.
The third month I was in cruise control I had gotten used to the diet and exercise with no complaints as I saw my weight go down every day I had some temptations as my relatives told me that I had to eat more as they thought I was eating too little which increased my weight a little but overall the journey was worth it and I want to do it again next year.
